Order Processing

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Shipping Costs & Responsibility

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect information. We are not responsible for delays, damages or lost parcels caused by our shipping providers.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times vary by country and carrier.

AIRE FLOE collections are released in limited runs, ensuring every piece feels exclusive.

Orders are final once placed, as production and fulfilment begin immediately. Customers are charged at checkout.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed for your peace of mind.

UK Delivery: Express delivery 1-2 working days once dispatched- free over £100. Standard delivery 2-4 working days once dispatched- £4.95
International Delivery (European Union): Standard international 3-6 working days once dispatched, depending on location- £11.50
International Delivery (USA + Rest of the world): Standard international 5-8 working days once dispatched, depending on location- £18

Once a parcel is marked as delivered or signed for, AIRE FLOE cannot be held liable for loss or theft.

Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes applied by their local customs authorities.

We hope you love your AIRE FLOE pieces, but if you need to make a return, please note our policy below.

To request a return please email info@airefloe.com

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

• The original AIRE FLOE tag must still be attached. Once removed, the item is considered yours to keep and cannot be returned.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from makeup stains, deodorant marks, or any other signs of wear.

• Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photo or video proof provided via email.

If an item is returned and found not to meet these conditions, it will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.

AIRE FLOE is designed to sculpt and support. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing down for the intended sculpting effect.
